I believe this topic is an overlooked yet essential element to the success of student achievement. As educators and policy makers, we often like to analyze the cognitive problems students face. We can diagnose an academic digression based solely on how much activity the brain waves receive at an early age, but we never really connect that our body is connected to the brain.
